Place knee wrap so your knee cap is protruding out of the circular cutout.
Stretch and close the top section using hook over loop.
Do the same for the lower section.
Adjust PRESSURE and comfort.
You should feel firm compression and protection.
Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
